Santa Clara, CA, January 31, 2022 – FlemingMartin is pleased to announce that Rebus Biosystems, a venture-backed life science technology company that combines advanced imaging, on-system chemistry, and intuitive software to provide an end-to-end solution enabling spatial omics research, has hired Eric Williams as Chief Financial Officer.
Eric is a seasoned finance leader with more than 30 years of experience in finance, product marketing, and engineering, spanning the medical device, software, and hardware industries. Over his career, Eric has guided M&A, FP&A, Strategic Planning, Global Manufacturing and Operations, and Capital Markets (Debt and Equity) for multiple venture-backed and highly innovative companies as their CFO. These companies include Mimosa Networks, Soraa, and Evidation Health. Earlier in his career, Eric held VP Finance and Divisional CFO roles for LSI Corporation, MagnaChip Semiconductor, Rambus, and Flex. Most recently, Eric served as the CFO for NovaSignal, a medical technology company that applies robotics and artificial intelligence to cerebral ultrasound in order to uniquely capture blood flow data in real time. Eric earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Irvine, and he received his M.B.A. in International Business from the University of San Diego.
