Autumn will serve on the leadership team as Quora continues to grow and enter new phases. She will be responsible for effectively inspiring, coaching, and developing a growth-focused and culture-driven team as well as driving strategy and shaping operations.
Autumn is an extremely bright People leader who excels at attracting and retaining top talent. She offers more than 25 years of experience and has spent the majority of her career at McKinsey in various roles. These roles include Partner, Director of Strategy, People, and Operations, Global Director of Partner Personnel, and (most recently) Global COO of McKinsey Digital. At the outset of her career, Autumn worked for NASA JPL, a scientific laboratory owned by Cal Tech. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Cornell and an MBA from Wharton.
