Laura is an accomplished, forward-thinking leader with expertise in strategy, design, communication, and management of global health and welfare benefits and retirement plans. Laura brings dedication and passion for health and welfare benefits with a commitment to creating a connection of goals across an organization that disrupts the traditional way of thinking to improve the overall employee experience.

Most recently with Google (NASDAQ: GOOGL), Laura was responsible for managing the transition of all global health and welfare, retirement, wellness and perk programs from Fitbit. Prior to Google, Laura served as the Senior Director of Global Benefits & Wellness at Fitbit, where she designed and delivered global health and welfare programs that inspired employees in 18+ countries to lead happy, healthy, and productive lives. She holds an MBA and MPH from the University of Illinois-Chicago and a BS from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
