Oakland, CA, February 28, 2022 – FlemingMartin is pleased to announce that Mynd, the leading platform for people to buy and manage single-family rental properties has hired Lauren Pierce to be their new Chief People Officer. Ms. Pierce will report directly to Ali Nazar, Mynd’s President.
Lauren will serve on the leadership team as Mynd continues to enter new phases of growth. She will be responsible for effectively inspiring, coaching, and developing a growth-focused and culture-driven team as well as influencing strategy and shaping people operations.
Lauren Pierce is an extremely bright People leader who excels at scaling organizations and retaining top talent. She offers more than 20 years of experience and has spent a significant portion of her career in operational roles. Her past roles include VP Human Resources at Kinetica and Director of HR & Workforce at the Special Olympics in Abu Dhabi. At the outset of her career, Lauren worked as a senior associate for LECG and for nearly ten years in operational roles at Morningstar. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
