Marvin brings a proven ability to direct multiple locations, cultures, and languages with a focus on team development through empowerment to consistently improve and elevate the customer experience.

Most recently with Q2ebanking (NYSE: QTWO), Marvin was responsible for delivering and sustaining customer value and retention while leading the customer success strategy globally. Prior to Q2, Marvin served as Head of Virtual Customer Experience at Wayfair, where he led the Company’s customer and employee experience team. Earlier in his career, Marvin held various senior roles with Metromile (NASDAQ: MILE) and Electronic Arts (NASDAQ: EA) in their customer support organizations.
