Neil possesses more than 25 years as a leader in manufacturing and supply chain operations. He brings experience in lean manufacturing, supply chain procurement and network management, P&L responsibility, team leadership, and performance management. Having begun his career in manufacturing, engineering, and project management, his expertise in supply chain operations is informed by his understanding of best practices across diverse facilities, project settings, and team environments.
Over the past 15 years, Neil has thrived in the beverage industry with companies such as AB InBev, where he managed and directed supply chain and brewery operations, and Lagunitas Brewing Company, overseeing all business operations throughout an acquisition by Heineken. Most recently, Neil served as the COO at Flying Embers before establishing a successful independent consulting business serving large beverage manufacturers across the country. Neil received his BS in Electrical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis.
