Carl Rhodes brings his background and deep expertise in solution development and technology to CCI. In his most recent role with EY, Carl focused on both solution development and go-to-market as well as client service in the areas of change management, employee experience and culture. In addition, he served as one of the firm’s leaders in advising companies on how to reimagine their operating model and environment post COVID-19. Prior to joining EY, Carl served as COO of CorpU (acquired by Udemy), where he led teams to invent and bring to market solutions that helped clients see inside the “hearts and minds” of their employees as they went through major strategic change. Throughout his career, Carl has been a passionate believer in the power, importance, and value of using ideas, data, and technology to improve daily life for organizations and their employees. Carl holds a Ph.D. from Rice University and a B.S. from Colorado College.
