Previously an operating partner at Diversis Capital, a lower-mid market PE firm with $2 billion in assets under management, specializing in software and technology-enabled services businesses, Dan was a key member of the value creation team driving portfolio transformation. He crafted the talent playbook and spearheaded the function for crucial human capital endeavors.
Prior to that, Dan assumed a pivotal position as the managing partner at Calibre One, the leading transatlantic executive search firm, where he was appointed to the global operating committee tasked with overseeing profit and loss management, fostering the vitality and scale of the U.S. Operations. Notably, his tenure was characterized by an unparalleled trajectory of revenue augmentation and headcount expansion.
Dan has also served as a managing director with two top 10 global executive search firms. Dan holds an MBA from Golden Gate University and a BA in Communications from the University of Minnesota.
