Craig Vived brings over 20 years of recruiting experience to his role as the Financial Officers Practice Leader for FlemingMartin. Prior to joining the firm, Craig spent nearly a decade advising senior leaders in hiring best practices at Autodesk, a $50B design software company. During his tenure, he held various leadership roles on the Talent Acquisition team across Executive Search, Finance, HR, Legal, IT, and Digital Platforms, overseeing 4,000+ searches from professional to C-level.
Working on the corporate-side taught Craig the accountability required of the best search consultants. Filling a role is a short-term goal; hiring for long-term fit is an art and science that requires the skill and expertise of a true people expert.
Prior to Autodesk, Craig spent a decade working as an agency recruiter specializing in finance and accounting. His agency experience spans working first at a global publicly traded firm and then as founder of two boutique recruiting firms. He began his career as a CPA at KPMG.
Craig graduated from St. Mary’s College in Moraga, CA with a BS in Accounting. He currently resides with his family in Marin County.
