Jacy Escoffier is a builder who has an extensive background creating and driving learning strategies in partnership with cross-functional groups including analytics teams, HR partners, business stakeholders, and senior executives. As an accomplished cross-functional L&D executive, Jacy has built and led L&D programs at high profile technology companies, including Apple, Pinterest, and most recently, Coinbase, where he led learning and development. This included company-wide learning & onboarding globally, manager & executive development, learning technology & curation, technical learning functions, and Crypto University (internal and public facing education initiatives at massive scale). Jacy is excited about building a robust L&D program that will have a long-term impact for Upwork’s global talent community.
