Michael is a purpose driven leader who is analytics driven and has a passion for the end-to-end talent experience. Michael excels at developing processes and teams that create high-performing recruiting organizations that help companies achieve organizational goals and objectives. Early in his career, Michael started as a supply chain analyst where he later transitioned into HR where he was exposed to compensation, HRBP and TA work, which became his passion. In his most recent role with HighRadius, Michael built the TA team and helped the company scale. Michael’s strong business acumen and strategic ability to build strong cross-functional relationships has enabled him to translate business needs into actionable TA strategy. Michael earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing from Kansas State University.
