Rick brings over 25 years of unique leadership expertise to The Linde Group. Prior to joining The Linde Group team, Rick served as Chief Executive Officer & Chief Operations Officer at Viscira, a high-tech start-up that scaled from 20 to 120+ employees and was successfully acquired by a publicly traded company (WPP) in 2016. In addition to his experience at Viscira, Rick also formerly served as the CEO of IndustryNext, a small, innovative software development and professional services firm. Prior to his experience leading small innovative companies as CEO, Rick also served as a Software Market Development, Sales, and Business & Professional Services leader for a variety of startup companies. Rick earned his MBA from UC Berkeley, M.A. from Northwestern University, and B.A. from UC Berkeley as well.
