Menlo Park, CA, March 31, 2021 – FlemingMartin is pleased to announce that Talis Biomedical (NASDAQ: TLIS), an innovative diagnostics company focused on infectious diseases, has hired Jelica Stulic to be their new Head of Total Rewards.
Jelica will work closely with the HR team, leadership team, and Board of Directors’ Compensation Committee as Talis enters commercialization with a focus on COVID-19 diagnostic testing. She will be responsible for leading a world-class team, developing a Total Rewards philosophy, and driving compensation benchmarking as Talis adjusts to being a newly publicly traded company.
Jelica is an intrinsically motivated total rewards leader with experience across the life science, tech, and hospitality industries. In her former role as Senior Manager of Global Compensation and Benefits at Amyris, Jelica helped build out the comp foundation across the US and Brazil in addition to designing various bonus plans and being the company’s go-to benefits person. In her prior role, as Global Compensation and Benefits Manager at FinancialForce, Jelica partnered with various SVPs and was in charge of market research and analyses. Earlier in her career, she focused more exclusively on benefits and offers HR generalist experience as well. Jelica earned her Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management from Lindenwood University.
