Rudy Castaniada is an accomplished training and education executive with experience building and leading highly successful training programs and teams at leading technology companies such as DocuSign, Workday, Genesys, and Workiva. Rudy brings a track record of helping companies drive customer satisfaction and retention and has developed sophisticated training strategies and programs that become profit centers for his companies where he has led / established corporate university / certification programs.
Most recently with Workiva (NYSE: WK), Rudy led the Company’s Customer Success training and enablement organization, with a focus on driving revenue growth, high customer satisfaction, and customer retention. He transformed the Company’s education services group, restructured team responsibilities, introduced a microlearning content delivery strategy, and successfully raised the average customer satisfaction rating to 94%. Prior to Workiva, Rudy served as Director of University Global Training Delivery for Genesys, a customer service and call center technology company. Earlier in his career Rudy held various director level roles with DocuSign (NASDAQ: DOCU) and Workday (NASDAQ: WKDAY). He holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
