Courtney Graham is an accomplished People executive with 20+ years of experience leading, transforming, growing, and scaling both large and small companies. She is passionate about creating and aligning people strategies that are optimized for growth and performance in private equity-owned organizations. In her most recent role at TrueAccord, Courtney was responsible for strategic leadership across the People function. Prior to TrueAccord, Courtney was Chief People Officer at Four Winds Interactive, where she led the People team and supported the company through 2.5x revenue growth. She also led the human resources function at ReadyTalk, a Boulder-based communications startup.

Courtney holds a B.A. in Speech & Interpersonal Communications from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
