Mountain View, CA, November 8, 2021 – FlemingMartin is pleased to announce that Quora, the world’s knowledge leader with more than 300 million monthly users, has hired Anthony Rotoli to be their new Vice President of People Operations & Talent Acquisition.
Anthony will work closely with the leadership team as Quora continues to grow. He will be responsible for leading and mentoring a highly motivated team and attracting and retaining top talent (with a focus on engineering) across the globe with almost no geographical limitations.
Anthony is an analytical TA leader whose career has been focused on tech recruiting and leading teams. He has had success across Microsoft, Karat, and Assurance where he was most recently Head of Talent & Culture at this financial services and insurance tech startup. He built the team from scratch and helped grow the company from 130 to 1200 employees over two years. Anthony is also comfortable managing small teams and rolling up his sleeves. Throughout his career, he has built strong relationships across his organizations–including with engineering and product leadership. Anthony earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
