Nathalie is an accomplished digital marketing and management leader with 15+ years of experience at the intersection of digital marketing technology innovation with a focus on customer journey development. Nathalie brings deep digital expertise to EVgo given her background and experience in digital, ecommerce, web, app, and social channels.
Most recently with Mazda North America, Nathalie was responsible for managing the strategy and operations budget for Mazda’s owned digital channels and creating and driving the strategic initiatives roadmap to increase audience, customer engagement, and owner loyalty. Prior to Mazda, Nathalie served as National Manager, Digital, Social & CRM for Kia Motors America where she oversaw the digital strategy and operations for kia.com. Earlier in her career, Nathalie held various roles with Siemens AG and iCrossing (Digital Marketing Agency) where she worked closely with Kia Motors & Nissan/Infiniti. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from UCLA.
