Linda Bergstedt brings 25 years of experience across the People function to Circle. She has worked inside both large companies and small/midsize organizations encompassing the biotechnology, medical device, healthcare, consumer product, and electrical distribution industries over her career. Linda’s greatest passion lies in providing strategic guidance to her leadership teams, developing trusting relationships with key stakeholders, and serving as a player-coach with her colleagues.

Previously, as Director of HR and HR Business Partner at Denali Therapeutics, Linda held a broad scope of responsibility during a period of high growth. Her career has also spanned across Relypsa, Graybar Electric Company, and Mar Cor Purification. Linda earned her MA in Organizational Leadership from St. Catherine University and her BA in Communication Studies & Women’s Studies from Hamline University.
