Tracy Kern is a highly accomplished finance executive with more than 25 years of experience across accounting, finance, and corporate controller roles. She is passionate about team leadership, process improvement, and resource optimization. In her most recent role at Sansum Clinic, she oversaw all reporting, audits, materials management, and inventory. She also implemented medical supplies sourcing and allocation strategies amid the global shortage during the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior to Sansum Clinic, Tracy served as Chief Financial Officer at CDTI Advanced Materials, Interlink Electronics, and CHAD Therapeutics. She has also served as the Corporate Controller for Vitesse Semiconductor.
Tracy is a CPA and holds a BS in Accounting from California Lutheran University.
