She has spent her career in compensation and systems at companies such as Dell, Qlik, Cisco, Seagate, Novellus, Sun Microsystems, and Brocade. Colleen thrives when it comes to storytelling using data and understands how to compete for top talent. In her most recent role as Director of Compensation Market Intelligence at Dell, Colleen partnered with Workday and competed for world-class talent. She is an expert when it comes to change management and communicating effectively across the organization she supports.
