Mr. Chaudhary brings world-class experience to Twilio from his progressive career in billing and product management at Blackhawk Network, PayPal, Microsoft, and American Express. He enjoys partnering with global customers and cross-functional teams to build exceptional billing products.
Mr. Chaudhary was most recently Blackhawk Network’s Vice President of Product Management – Core Payment/Data/Risk Platform where he owned all the onboarding, data, risk, and customer service tools and platform, which included creating new architecture to rationalize various code bases and making billing much more efficient for customers. Prior to Blackhawk, Mr. Chaudhary served as Director/Product Head – Data Analytics Platform at PayPal where he led Product, rearchitected the billing platform, localized code, deployed it in 198 countries, and grew profitable payment products.
Before PayPal, Mr. Chaudhary was a Product Manager Leader for Microsoft Azure where he introduced Windows to China and helped expand Microsoft’s international presence. Earlier in his career, he worked at American Express as Director of Engineering and at Tata Consultancy Services as a Project Lead. He holds a Master of Technology in Mechanical Machine Design from IIT.
