Jack Doan is an accomplished people leader who brings 20+ years of experience building, developing, improving, and leading HR & Talent functions at leading startups and Fortune 500 companies to Synapse. He is passionate about innovation and being a client-focused business partner. In his most recent role as SVP of Global People Experience with Automation Anywhere, Jack was responsible for overseeing and leading the global HR and Talent functions. Prior to Automation Anywhere Jack spent time at Sutter Health, Brocade, and Franklin Templeton in a talent leadership capacity. Jack began his career as an accountant with KPMG and holds a B.S. from the University of California, Davis and an M.S. in Human Resource Management from Golden Gate University.
