Gina possesses nearly 20 years of operations leadership experience and is passionate about leading teams and improving performance, not only for operations, but for the entire company. Throughout her career, she has added exceptional value and built an outstanding reputation in the electronics and aerospace industries. Gina began her career in engineering with Hughes Aircraft, Chrysler Technologies (L3), and FLIR Systems and then transitioned into operations leadership with Tektronix, iMove, Crimson Trace, Timbercon, and most recently, Rantec Power Systems. Gina earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois.
