Amanda brings more than 20 years of diverse experience leading HR and Communications at a broad array of notable biopharmaceutical, healthcare, and manufacturing businesses such as Boehringer Ingelheim, Kaiser Permanente, and McKesson (NYSE: MCK). Most recently, as the Site Head of Human Resources for Santa Cruz Nutritionals, Amanda drove the people function for a fast-growing, private equity-owned vitamin and gummy manufacturing company with 650 employees. In this role, Amanda served as a Member of the Site Leadership Team, drove the COVID task force, and directly managed a high-performing group of HR Business Partners, Generalists, Administrators, Benefits Specialists, Trainers, and Recruiters. Amanda earned her undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University, and she received her MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University.
