Alejandro Phillips is a proven HR leader whose experience ranges from startups to more established companies where he has led every aspect of HR. His career has included roles at mitú, Reformation, Neural Analytics, Dentsu International / MuteSix, AUDIENCEX, and Trailer Park Group where he recently served as Vice President of HR. Alejandro attributes his success to a focus on building relationships and driving impactful results for the business. He is a strategic leader who develops strategy, designs and implements change, and strengthens organizational development.
Alejandro holds a Bachelor of Science in History and Political Science from UCLA.
