Becky Chan offers an exceptional global background since beginning her career in Corporate Tax and M&A at Deloitte, which included performing tax due diligence and serving tech clients. She then joined Salesforce, partnering closely with the international tax team and supporting tax provision preparation. Becky was later recruited to PagerDuty where she led IPO readiness for tax and treasury as the company grew from under $100M to roughly $500M in revenue. Over her eight years at PagerDuty, Becky shaped tax strategy globally, modernized treasury operations, and became the go-to operator for scaling systems and compliance. She is a CPA who holds a Master of Science in Taxation from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies: Business and the Global Economy from UC Berkeley.
