Mark brings 25 years of subject matter expertise to MyoKardia from leading global talent acquisition and recruitment management in the Biotechnology, Software, and Telecommunications industries. Most recently, Mark served as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition and HR Operations at Bluebird Bio (NASDAQ: BLUE), where he held responsibility for all Recruiting, Culture and Branding, Total Rewards, HRIS, and HR Operations. In this position, Mark steered Bluebird to tremendous headcount growth over an 18-month period and established highly successful and innovative talent attraction and retention programs. Prior to joining Bluebird, Mark played a leading role in driving worldwide talent acquisition for several rapidly-scaling technology companies, such as Everbridge (NASDAQ: EVBG), Nuance Communications (NASDAQ: NUAN), IntraLinks, Akamai Technologies (NASDAQ: AKAM), and Nortel Networks.
