Mike Walter brings a dynamic and cross functional operations background to LQ Digital. He has more than 30 years of experience driving operations, processes, systems & compliance development, and execution to support organizational growth. In his most recent role with Harris & Harris, Mike was responsible for Call Center Operations, Human Resources, Training, Quality Assurance, and Analytics/Reporting Operations. Throughout his career, Mike has been instrumental in building new business units, implementing new technological innovations, and cutting operations expenses. Mike earned his B.S. in Finance from The Ohio State University.
