Jim Bartolomea is a seasoned People leader whose career has spanned HR and talent roles at Qualcomm, Mitek Systems, ServiceNow, and ClickUp where he most recently served as Senior Vice President of Global People, Legal & Places (Chief People Officer), leading 1000+ global employees. Jim is an exceptionally strong HR business partner and has successfully led organizational change in all of his experiences. Prior to ClickUp, he spent four years at ServiceNow in progressively senior roles ranging from Senior Director of Global Talent to Vice President of People which included being an HRBP for the Engineering, Product, and Cloud teams. At the outset of Jim’s career, he spent eleven years at Qualcomm. Jim earned his Bachelor of Science in Management from The Pennsylvania State University.
