Jerry is a strategic human resources executive with expertise in developing high-performing teams. His experience spans across First Data (now Fiserv), eBay/PayPal, Edgile, and Doma where he most recently served as Chief Administrative Officer/Chief People Officer. At Doma, Jerry helped lead the company from a 100-person start-up to a public company with a $3B valuation. Prior to Doma, Jerry led HR at Edgile which focuses on cybersecurity and risk management services. Earlier, he spent more than six years at eBay/PayPal during a period of significant growth. This time included leading strategic planning for talent acquisition as Vice President of TA followed by leading a global team focused on shared services as Vice President of HR.

Jerry earned his MBA in Human Resources Management from Baker College and he received his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Drury University.
