BERKELEY, CA, July 8, 2011 — FlemingMartin, LLC announced the recruitment of Mr. Frank Moreman to Berkeley Bionics as the Company’s first Vice President of Manufacturing. Berkeley Bionics is a developer and maker of exoskeletons that augment human strength, endurance, and mobility.

Mr. Moreman is joining Berkeley Bionics at a critical time, as the Company is poised for explosive growth. In his role, he will support short-run R&D manufacturing efforts while also scaling the Company’s ability to meet demands potentially in the thousands of units from strategic customers.

Mr. Moreman has twenty years of experience leading manufacturing companies to excellence. He has been responsible for fifteen manufacturing plants and is a recognized expert in materials management and production systems.

Mr. Moreman was most recently VP Global Materials & Quality for Ultra Clean Technologies Corp (UCTC). Prior to that, he was COO of Sieger Engineering, which was acquired by UCTC in 2006. Previous positions include Operations Manager at Thomas Lighting (a division of Genlyte), General Manager at The Cookson Company, and Plant Engineer at RayChem. Mr. Moreman also served 20 years in active and reserve duty in the US Navy, retiring as a Commander. He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering at the United States Naval Academy at Annapolis.
