San Francisco/Silicon Valley, CA, May 6, 2024 – FlemingMartin is pleased to announce that Craig Vived has joined the firm as our Financial Officers Practice Leader. Craig brings over 20 years of recruiting experience to his role. Prior to joining the firm, Craig spent nearly a decade advising senior leaders in hiring best practices at Autodesk, a $50B design software company. During his tenure, he held various leadership roles on the Talent Acquisition team across Executive Search, Finance, HR, Legal, IT, and Digital Platforms, overseeing 4,000+ searches from professional to C-level.
Working on the corporate-side taught Craig the accountability required of the best search consultants. Filling a role is a short-term goal; hiring for long-term fit is an art and science that requires the skill and expertise of a true people expert.
Prior to Autodesk, Craig spent a decade working as an agency recruiter specializing in finance and accounting. His agency experience spans working first at a global publicly traded firm and then as founder of two boutique recruiting firms. He began his career as a CPA at KPMG.
Craig graduated from St. Mary’s College in Moraga, CA with a BS in Accounting. He currently resides with his family in Marin County.
