Charles is a TA professional and people leader with a decade of experience in the biotech/pharma industry from two market-leading, global companies: Genentech and 10x Genomics. Over his career, Charles has built out teams with top-tier talent across functions – spanning Corporate/G&A, Research & Development, and Commercial divisions. Possessing a continuous improvement mindset and excelling at both stakeholder and team management, Charles has consistently earned promotions to roles of increasing scope and responsibility in scaling, innovative businesses. He has also partnered closely and effectively with HR Business Partners, HR Operations, Total Rewards, and Talent Mobility.
Charles received his MBA from San Francisco State University, and he earned a double major in Biological Sciences and Economics as an undergraduate at the University of California, Davis.
