Brooke Reid is an outstanding CPA with exceptional technical accounting and compliance experience. Most recently, she led the accounting and financial operations function as Corporate Controller at HashiCorp (acquired by IBM) which included building scalability and leading a high-performing team. Earlier in her career, Brooke spent nearly 16 years at Deloitte, supporting various technology clients across software/SaaS including Microsoft. She is a strong relationship builder with the ability to transform various processes in a strategic way. Brooke holds a BA in Business Management Economics and an MS in Applied Economics and Finance from UC Santa Cruz.
