Reporting to Jacqueline Hendy, Bill.com’s SVP of People, Betsy will lead the team which owns compensation, benefits and rewards strategies for the Company.
Betsy brings deep Total Rewards and People Operations expertise to Bill.com. Most recently, Betsy served as the VP, Global People Operations at Enjoy Technology where she developed and drove complex compensation initiatives and enhanced the People Operations organization. Earlier in her career, Betsy held various positions within compensation with small and large companies in the private and public sectors, including SRI International, Concentrix, Visa, and Yahoo!. She is dedicated and passionate about building successful programs to attract and retain employees within organizations where she has the ability to trying new things.
Betsy earned her Masters from Schiller International University and holds a BS from Penn State University.
