Mr. Khanona brings exceptional leadership and industry expertise from his many years working in the consumer goods space. He joins Bell-Carter from Dole Packaged Foods where he most recently served as Vice President and General Manager and was responsible for the frozen foods division in addition to locations in South and Central America. Earlier in his career, Mr. Khanona worked with companies in the fresh and prepared foods space where he was able to build a solid manufacturing and operations foundation. He received his MBA from California State University, Stanislaus and earned his M.S. in Food Science and his B.S. in Chemistry.
