Stefan Matthews is an accomplished sales leader with experience building and leading highly successful sales teams in the CPG industry building and leading large remote teams. Stefan brings a track record of implementing large-scale organizational change, systems implementation, new business development, and senior-level relationship management with retailers and brands.
Stefan began his career as a field artillery officer with the Army where he built a strong leadership foundation. He then joined Campbell Soup and progressed through the ranks and was last a Director, Sales Planning and Strategy – Away From Home when he closed out his 15th year with the company. Most recently, Stefan was the Division Vice President at Advantage Solutions, a business solutions provider committed to driving growth for consumer goods manufacturers and retailers. Stefan earned his M.B.A. in Food Marketing and holds a B.A.Sc. in Biology, Pre-Med.
