San Diego, CA, October 28, 2019 – FlemingMartin is pleased to announce that AnaptysBio, a clinical-stage biotech company focused on developing and commercializing novel antibody therapeutics for inflammatory diseases, has hired Beth Mueller to be their new Senior Vice President, HR.
Beth will work closely with the President & CEO and be part of the executive team. She will be responsible for guiding the Company as they plan to commercialize their first product within the next few years. Beth will optimize the HR function, champion the culture, and focus on all other human capital matters as AnaptysBio continues to grow.
Beth is a strategic and tactical HR executive with proven expertise leading HR at life sciences companies. She joins AnaptysBio from Dendreon Pharmaceuticals where she served as Senior Vice President, HR. Before Dendreon, Beth was Executive Director, HR at Avanir Pharmaceuticals after being promoted multiple times. Earlier, she worked at Allergan, Takeda, TAP Pharmaceutical Products, and BSM Consulting, At the outset of her career, Beth was part of Audit Force and Trans Union Corp. She earned her Master of Arts in Organizational Management from Ashford University and her Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources & Industrial Relations from the University of Iowa.
