Donna Fagan is a proven HR leader with nearly 30 years of experience. Her career has spanned onsemi and Honeywell, among others. In Donna’s most recent role as North America Human Resources Leader, Senior Director at onsemi, she collaborated with Centers of Excellence and served as a strategic business partner to the CFO, GC, COO, CIO, and Business Units, among others. Donna spent nearly eight years supporting onsemi after spending more than eight years at Honeywell which included roles in business partnering and compensation. Donna earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources from the University of New Mexico.
