Los Altos, CA, August 19, 2024 – FlemingMartin is pleased to announce that Afero, a market leader in the Internet of Things (IoT) space, has hired Dilip Kenchammana as their Chief Product and Partnerships Officer. In this role, Dilip will be a visionary strategist responsible for scaling the Company’s product portfolio.

Dilip is a seasoned product leader with device expertise throughout his career at Disney and Netflix, among others. He began his career as a software design engineer and also co-founded a company, Fonav (acquired by Trolltech), focused on a unified communications software platform. Later in his career, Dilip served as Head of Products, Home Media & Entertainment, Qt Development Frameworks at Nokia before joining Netflix. At Netflix, he helped membership grow to 100 million as Director/Head of Product of Device Platform and Partner Ecosystem. Most recently, Dilip was a VP of Product at Disney, building products and growing subscribers and engagement through device partnerships and distribution channels.

Dilip holds a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from Rutgers University as well as a Bachelor of Technology in Naval Architecture from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
