Diego Quesada has over 25 years of HR experience at leading companies, including CooperVision, FIFCO USA, and NBCUniversal, combined with a strong manufacturing and operational HR background spanning horticulture, beverage, medical devices, agriculture, and supply-chain environments. With proven leadership development and coaching capabilities, Diego also has a technology-focused mindset with practical use of AI, analytics, dashboards, and HRIS. He has particular strengths across organizational transformation; throughout his career, Diego has repeatedly built or improved HR functions. He holds an MA in Organizational & Industrial Psychology from the University of New Haven and a BA in Psychology from the University of Costa Rica.
