Mr. Falcone is an experienced and strategic Human Resources executive who has held prominent roles at leading entertainment, communications, healthcare and biosciences companies. Over his accomplished, 30-year career, Mr. Falcone has held senior leadership positions at Cox Communications, Grifols Bioscience (NASDAQ: GRFS), Time Warner Cable, Viacom (NASDAQ: VIA) and City of Hope, guiding organizations through periods of substantial growth and change. Mr. Falcone is also a top-rated presenter and the author of a number of bestselling HR books. Mr. Falcone holds dual degrees, BA and MA, from UCLA.
